Nanashi

"Nanashi", a popular tonkotsu ramen restaurant in Kanagawa and Tokyo. Also popular abroad, "tonkotsu ramen" uses a cloudy soup made with pork bones and has its origins in Kyushu. Our store adds to the fragrance with a dense but mild sesame and garlic kogashi oil. It has received great reviews from people from Japan and also abroad.

Founded in May 1997
Since opening our first store in Aobadai Aoba-ku Yokohama, Yokahama has been the center of our store expansion.

    Soup

    To make our thick soup, we use 100% pork leg bones which take 1kg to make 3 person's worth. To remove the off flavor, we spend enough time on pretreatment.and as a result of simmering for over 10hours, we could draw out the thick and mild flavor. At the end, we add chicken bones, to finish it off as a soft soup with some sweetness. We wholeheartedly make our soup every day and pack it with our efforts and heart.

    Our specialty noodles are originally made with carefully selected wheat flour from Hokkaido as the base. The noodles are straight with a medium thickness to properly cling to the thick soup. You can enjoy their spring as you slurp them.

    Nanashi Ramen's important personal roasted tare sauce that builds flavor. We cooked it so that the fragrance of garlic and sesame are prominent. You can enjoy the profound flavor and piercing fragrance.
